I picked the name Truey as is the closest one to my first name Trieu. Morever, Truey stands for “True” – being genuine, honest and heartfelt – all what I love to present to you.
Thankfully, I have been working in tourism for almost 20 years in Hoi An that enables me to offer high quality services.

2.2. Cancellation Policy
Most of tours and transfers by Vietnam Friendly Travel offer Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour date.
Due to private services, no refund for cancellation made within 24 hours or no-shows.
In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
